The Rephiro generates a low-frequency carrier wave with superimposed high-frequency (resonant) audio waves. These waves are transmitted through electrodes, conductive wristbands or conductive socks that can be connected to the body.

Research has shown that coherent non-thermal EMF frequencies in the MHz range can generate beneficial biological effects. A causal relationship has been found between exposure to electromagnetic waves and certain health-promoting effects for living cells and biomolecules. Instructions for use:

1. connect the DC plug of the USB cable to the DC input of the Rephiro.
2. connect the USB plug of the USB cable to a USB (phone) charger or to a power bank.
3. connect the 3.5mm mini jack to the output of the Rephiro.
4. connect 2 electrodes to the click connectors of the mini-jack cable.
5. place the electrodes on the inside of each wrist*
6. press the power button and the blue light will start flashing for 4 seconds. Then frequencies are generated for a 5 minutes and 30 seconds session (continuous blue light). Then the frequencies will stop and the blue light will start blinking for 2 minutes. After that, there will be
   again frequencies generated for a new session of 5 minutes and 30 seconds, and so on…**
7. after one or more sessions, press the on/off button to turn off the Rephiro.
8. after turning off the Rephiro, remove the electrodes and place them on the plastic holder to keep them clean.

Or

1. connect 2 conductive silver fiber socks or the wristbands to the click connectors of the mini-jack cable.
2. put the silver fiber conductive socks on your feet or the wristbands on your wrists
3. press the power button and the blue light will start flashing for 4 seconds. Then frequencies are generated for a session of 5 minutes and 30 seconds (continuous blue light). Then the frequencies will stop and the blue light will start blinking for 2 minutes. After that, frequencies are generated again for a new session of 5 minutes and 30 seconds, and so on…**
4. after one or more sessions, press the on/off button to turn off the Rephiro.
5. take off the conductive socks/wristbands after turning off the Rephiro.

* The electrodes should never touch each other and should be at least 2.5 cm apart. Full body effects are best experienced by placing the electrodes on the inside of each wrist. For local effects, the electrode pads can be placed on the relevant parts of the body where there is normal, intact, clean and healthy skin. Full body effects can also be experienced by plugging in and putting on the silver fiber conductive socks or wristbands.

** For novice users, it is recommended that you do no more than one 5-minute, 30-second session at a time and no more than two sessions per day. Experienced users can do more sessions as needed. No more than 10 sessions per day are advised.
