Mobisun B.V., trading as Phipower, is responsible for determining how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Phipower website, except where another service provider acts as an independent controller for its own processing.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how Phipower processes personal data.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that a website stores on your computer, smartphone, tablet or other device.
Cookies can help a website:
- remember items in your shopping cart;
- maintain a secure session;
- remember your country, language or currency;
- recognize that you have logged in;
- remember your privacy choices;
- understand how visitors use the website;
- measure website and marketing performance; and
- provide personalized content or advertising where permitted.
Cookies can be session cookies, which normally disappear when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or are deleted.
Phipower may also use technologies that work in a similar way, including local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, browser identifiers and other tracking technologies.
In this Cookie Policy, we use the term "cookies" to refer collectively to cookies and similar technologies unless a distinction is relevant.
3. Why does Phipower use cookies?
We use cookies for four principal purposes.
A. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Phipower store to work properly. They may be used for shopping-cart functionality, checkout, security, fraud prevention, customer sessions, customer accounts, country and currency selection, privacy preferences and other core website functionality.
Without these cookies, parts of the Phipower store may not function correctly. Where these cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by you, they do not require consent under applicable cookie rules.
B. Preference cookies
Preference cookies allow the website to remember choices such as country, language, currency, privacy settings or other website preferences.
Some preference technologies may be considered necessary for a particular feature; others may require consent depending on how they operate.
C. Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use Phipower. They can help us measure number of visitors, sessions, pages viewed, products viewed, navigation paths, referral sources, website performance and general interaction with the store.
Where an analytical cookie has little or no impact on privacy and applicable law permits its use without consent, Phipower may use it on that basis. Where analytics involve tracking or otherwise require consent, they are only used after the required consent has been obtained.
D. Marketing and advertising cookies
Marketing cookies and pixels may be used to measure advertising campaigns, understand which advertisements result in visits or purchases, create advertising audiences, prevent repeatedly showing the same advertisement, personalize advertising, or track activity across websites, apps or merchants.
Where consent is legally required, Phipower does not use such technologies until you have given the required consent.
4. Shopify
The Phipower online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify places cookies and uses similar technologies to provide ecommerce functionality such as cart and checkout, security, customer sessions, privacy choices, localization, Shop and Shop Pay features where enabled, and analytics.
Shopify maintains its own current list of cookies used on merchant storefronts.
Because Shopify may update its platform and cookies over time, the cookie names and lifetimes in this Policy should be reviewed periodically against Shopify's current technical documentation.
5. Shopify cookies that may be used on Phipower
The following cookies are currently documented by Shopify for merchant storefronts.
Not every cookie will necessarily be placed during every visit. Some are only relevant when you use a particular feature.

6. Shopify reporting and analytics cookies
Shopify currently documents the following cookies for reporting and analytics on merchant storefronts:

Shopify may change these cookies or their duration as its platform develops.
Where consent is required for the use of these technologies in your region, Phipower's privacy settings should prevent the relevant non-essential processing until the appropriate choice has been made.
Shopify states that in markets configured to require consent, web pixels run only when the visitor has granted the permissions required for the relevant pixel.
7. Shopify Pixels and Customer Events
Shopify allows merchants to use pixels to collect information about customer events.
Examples of customer events include viewing a page, viewing a product, clicking a link, adding an item to a cart, starting checkout, completing checkout and other website interactions.
Shopify distinguishes between:
App pixels — pixels installed through an app or integrated service.
Custom pixels — pixels manually configured through Shopify's Customer Events functionality.
Shopify provides privacy settings for pixels that determine whether permission is required before data may be collected for purposes such as analytics, marketing and preferences.
Phipower intends to configure non-essential pixels in accordance with the consent requirements that apply to the visitor.
8. Third-party cookies and pixels
Phipower may use external services in addition to Shopify. These can include services relating to analytics, advertising, email marketing, reviews, customer support, embedded video or media, affiliate tracking and other ecommerce functionality.
Such providers may use their own cookies, pixels or similar technologies.
The exact third-party services active on Phipower may change over time. The most current information about active categories and available choices should therefore also be shown through the Cookie Preferences interface on the Phipower website.
Phipower will not intentionally activate non-essential third-party tracking for visitors in regions where consent is required unless the required consent has been obtained.
If Phipower introduces services such as external advertising, analytics or social-media pixels, the relevant provider, purpose and cookie information should be added to this Cookie Policy or to the detailed Cookie Preferences interface.
9. Cookie consent
Where applicable law requires consent, Phipower will ask for consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
The cookie interface should allow you to make separate choices where appropriate, for example:
Necessary — always active where technically required.
Preferences — optional technologies that remember additional choices.
Analytics — used for website measurement where consent is required.
Marketing — used for advertising, retargeting or similar tracking.
A refusal of non-essential cookies should not prevent normal access to the Phipower website.
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) states that valid cookie consent must be an active and informed choice. Cookies should not be considered accepted merely because someone continues browsing, categories should not be pre-selected, and website access should not depend on agreeing to tracking cookies.
10. Accepting and rejecting cookies
Where a consent banner is displayed, Phipower should provide clear options such as:
Accept all — allows the non-essential cookie categories shown in the consent interface.
Reject non-essential — keeps strictly necessary technologies active but rejects optional tracking for which consent is required.
Manage preferences — allows you to make more detailed choices.
Phipower does not intend to make the option to refuse non-essential cookies deliberately harder to find or use than the option to accept them.
The Dutch Data Protection Authority specifically warns against hiding the refusal option, pre-ticking consent or requiring additional clicks to say no.
11. Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your cookie choices after your initial visit.
A Cookie Preferences link should remain available in the Phipower website footer or privacy area. Through this interface, you can review your current choices, enable optional categories, disable optional categories, and withdraw previously given consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn.
12. Shopify Network Intelligence
Phipower may use Shopify services that rely on Shopify Network Intelligence if this functionality is enabled in the Shopify store.
When enabled, Shopify can use certain customer information together with information from interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants to provide Enhanced Services such as personalization, store and product improvements, performance insights and certain advertising functionality.
When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify imposes additional transparency and privacy-choice requirements on merchants.
Where required, Phipower will use Shopify's Customer Privacy controls or a compatible consent-management solution so that visitors' cookie choices are communicated to Shopify.

13. Google Consent Mode and other advertising systems
If Phipower uses Google advertising or analytics technologies, the consent configuration must be connected correctly to the Phipower cookie choices.
Shopify supports Google Consent Mode v2 and explains that data transmitted for visitors in regions such as the EEA should not be used for personalized advertising unless the appropriate consent configuration is active and valid permission has been obtained.
The same general principle applies to other marketing and advertising technologies: technical installation of a pixel does not remove Phipower's responsibility to respect applicable consent requirements.
14. Your browser settings
Most browsers allow you to view stored cookies, remove cookies, block cookies, block third-party cookies, or configure how websites may use storage.
You can use these browser controls in addition to the Phipower Cookie Preferences.
Blocking all cookies through your browser may affect important store functions such as cart, checkout, login, localization and security.
For that reason, using the Phipower Cookie Preferences may provide more granular control than blocking all cookies at browser level.
15. How long are cookies stored?
Cookie lifetimes vary.
Some cookies last only for a browser session or a few minutes. Others may remain for 30 minutes, two weeks, one year, or another defined period.
The current duration of Shopify's core storefront cookies is shown in the tables above.
Cookies can disappear earlier if you delete them, you withdraw consent and the relevant service removes them, your browser removes them, or the technology is replaced or reconfigured.
Withdrawal of consent does not necessarily automatically remove every cookie already stored on a device, so you may also choose to delete existing cookies through your browser.
16. Personal data and cookies
Cookies and pixels may process personal data.
Depending on the technology, this can include IP address, cookie identifier, device or browser information, website activity, pages or products viewed, cart activity, referral source, approximate location, purchase events and marketing interactions.

17. Do we sell personal data?
Phipower does not sell a database of customer personal data for money.
Some privacy laws, particularly certain US state laws, use broader legal definitions of terms such as "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising".
If those laws apply to Phipower and relevant processing occurs, we will provide any legally required opt-out mechanism.
Shopify itself can provide a data-sharing opt-out page and can recognize signals such as Global Privacy Control in relevant configured regions.
18. Global Privacy Control
Where supported and legally applicable, privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) may be used to communicate a request not to use personal information for certain sale, sharing or targeted-advertising purposes.
If Phipower enables Shopify's data-sharing opt-out functionality for applicable markets, Shopify can use GPC signals as part of that process.
19. International visitors
Phipower serves customers internationally. Cookie and privacy rules can differ between countries and regions.
For that reason, Phipower may show different cookie banners, cookie choices, privacy notices or opt-out mechanisms depending on where a visitor is located.
Shopify allows cookie-banner regions and data-sharing opt-out regions to be configured according to the store's active markets.
20. Updates to this Cookie Policy
Phipower may update this Cookie Policy when Shopify changes its cookies, a new Shopify feature is enabled, an app is installed or removed, analytics or marketing technology changes, our website functionality changes, or applicable law or regulatory guidance changes.
The last-updated date at the top of this Policy indicates the current version.
Because ecommerce technology changes over time, we recommend checking this Policy and the Cookie Preferences periodically.

You can review or change your cookie preferences through the Cookie Preferences option available on the Phipower website.
Where a cookie banner is used, this preference center should remain accessible after the banner has been closed.
