Frequently asked questions
Is the panel really 1500 watts?
1500W refers to the combined LED power class. Actual power consumption during use is approximately 500 watts.
Is the near-infrared light visible?
No. The 850 nm near-infrared LEDs are largely invisible to the eye — you will mainly see the red glow of the 660 nm LEDs, even though both channels are active.
How far away should I stand?
The working range is approximately 15–90 cm. Start further away at 45–90 cm for your first sessions.
How long and how often should I use it?
There is no universal schedule. Start with shorter sessions of around 5 minutes per area at lower intensity, and build up gradually based on how you respond.
What does the pulse setting do?
The 0–20 Hz pulse setting cycles the near-infrared channel on and off at an adjustable rate, as an alternative to continuous NIR output.
Do I really need eye protection?
Yes. Always wear the included eye protection when facing the panel, and never stare directly into the LEDs.
Will this treat pain, scars or wounds?
