Commission becomes eligible for payment after it has been approved and the 21-day hold period has passed.
Affiliate program terms
By participating in the Phipower Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Participation and approval
Anyone may apply to join the Phipower Affiliate Program through the designated application form.
All applications are reviewed manually. Affiliates may only earn commission after their account has been approved by Phipower.
Phipower reserves the right to reject applications or terminate affiliate accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, misleading communication or conduct that may harm Phipower, its reputation or its customers.
2. Commission
The standard affiliate commission is 15% of the net order value, excluding shipping costs.
Commission is attributed according to the last-click attribution model.
Referrals associated with an order value of €0 do not qualify for commission.
If an order is cancelled, refunded or determined to be invalid, any unpaid commission associated with that order will be rejected.
A standard 21-day hold period applies before commission can be approved for payment.
3. Cookies and tracking
The affiliate tracking cookie remains valid for 30 days.
If a visitor places an order within this period and your referral is recorded by the tracking system as the last valid affiliate referral, the commission will be attributed to your affiliate account.
Browser settings, cookie restrictions, tracking prevention and other technical circumstances may affect affiliate tracking.
4. Payments
Commission may be paid once it has been approved and the applicable hold period has expired.
Available payment methods, minimum payout amounts and payment frequency, where applicable, will be displayed in the Affiliate Area.
5. Promotion and content standards
Affiliates may promote Phipower through websites, blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, newsletters, email, communities and QR codes.
All communication relating to Phipower and its products must be honest, accurate and non-misleading.
Affiliates may not make unsupported medical claims, promises of treatment or guarantees regarding health outcomes.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Phipower.
Without prior written permission, affiliates may not run paid search advertising that bids on the Phipower brand name, variations of the brand name or the Phipower.org domain.
Spam, fraudulent transactions, cookie stuffing, misleading claims or other forms of misuse may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and rejection of unpaid commissions.
6. Termination and changes
Phipower may modify the Affiliate Program, commission structure or these terms when necessary.
Important changes may be communicated through the Affiliate Area or other available communication channels.
In the event of account termination, commissions that have already been fully approved will generally remain payable unless fraud, misuse or violation of these terms has occurred.
7. Liability
Phipower aims to provide accurate affiliate tracking, reporting and payments but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party tracking, browser or payment systems.
Phipower is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income or missed commissions resulting from technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
