Your session in six steps.
Connect the USB power cable to the Rephiro and to a suitable USB adapter or power bank.
Insert the 3.5 mm mini-jack electrode cable.
Choose your contact method: self-adhesive electrode pads, or the conductive silver-fibre socks or wristbands.
With pads: place them on clean, healthy skin, at least 2.5 cm apart. With socks or wristbands: simply put them on.
Press the power button once — the automatic 5.5-minute cycle starts.
After the automatic 2-minute pause, the cycle can begin again. Always follow the included user manual.
If Rephiro appears to switch off after roughly 5.5 minutes, first check whether it is simply in the programmed two-minute pause. A slow blue flash during that interval is normal, and the cycle resumes automatically afterward.

Do I need any software or an app?
No. No external software, PC program or app is required to use Rephiro.
Does a measurable signal prove a health effect?
No. Being able to measure the carrier frequency, modulation range or timing does not by itself prove any therapeutic or medical effect.
