An activated carbon filter first reduces chlorine, sediment and common impurities from your tap water, with a capacity of approximately 6,000 litres before replacement is needed. The filtered water then passes over five platinum-coated titanium plates, which use electrolysis to split the stream into an alkaline flow and a mildly acidic flow — selectable across seven settings for drinking, cooking, skincare and household use.
Filtration reduces common impurities but does not replace certified water treatment where local tap water quality requires it.

Position it over a glass, bottle, saucepan or bowl. The secondary stream drains separately via its own hose.
ORP readings typically range from approximately +60 to 500 mV depending on the selected setting and source water.

Place the unit on a stable, level countertop near your kitchen tap.
Attach the tap adapter and hose to your existing cold-water tap.
Position the drain hose, outlet spout and power cable.
Open the tap, check all connections for leaks, then flush the new filter before first use.
Run purified water first, confirm both streams work, then select your preferred setting. Recommended flow: 2–3 L/min.

The activated carbon filter is designed to last approximately 6,000 litres under normal household use before it needs replacing. The unit self-cleans between uses and draws only about 1 watt on standby, so it can stay connected to your tap without a noticeable impact on your energy bill.

How long does the filter last?
Approximately 6,000 litres under normal household use, tracked on the display. Replace it when the display indicates the capacity is low.
Why does the actual pH differ from the display?
Displayed pH is an approximation. Actual pH varies with mineral content, water temperature, flow rate and source water conductivity.
Can I use distilled or reverse-osmosis water?
Ionisation relies on minerals in the water to conduct electrolysis, so distilled or RO water with very low mineral content will not ionise effectively.
Will the tap adapter fit my kitchen tap?
The included adapter fits most standard cold-water kitchen taps. Check your tap's thread and diameter before installation if you are unsure.
Is the acidic water a disinfectant?
No. Acidic settings are for external and household use only and are not marketed or intended as a disinfectant.
Is this a medical device?
